This store runs on a very secure server. None of your credit card or payment information is ever stored on the servers. It is all handled off site and routed through several secure payment services.

At checkout, you will be directed to your PayPal account where you can make a transfer. Your order will be processed once I have received confirmation of this payment and capture funds. This service is very secure because the studio receives no payment information, just the payment transfer.
2. Credit Cards (via PayPal without creating a PayPal account)
All major credit cards are also accepted utilizing PayPal as the payment processor. You will be directed to PayPal where you can select the option to check out using your credit card (a guest transaction.) Your order will only be processed once I have received confirmation of this payment and capture funds. This service is also very secure because no payment information is received, just the payment transfer.
3. Contact me for ordering over the phone
When purchasing E-Packet Downloads, there may be up to a 24 hour delay. I will send you a separate email containing the download link. You may download up to 5 downloads per product purchased for your own personal use. If you have any issue at all, contact me directly for assistance.
Most items are sent USPS Priority Mail. Other arrangements may be made as necessary.
Please note that shipping is done Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Occasionally, shipping estimates may be off in which case we will manually assess charges prior to shipping the order. Customers will be notified of the accurate shipping costs and can then decide if they wish to continue with their order.
When you place an order, you will see the shipping costs. This is a real time shipping cost from USPS website. I have no control over these costs. Costs come direct from the federal post office's site. I will ship via this method whenever possible due to the ability to track your order. In some cases, I am able to pack your order in flat rate containers . If this occurs, a credit will be issued to you for the savings in the shipping cost. I will always send your order the most reasonable method that can guarantee prompt, traceable delivery.
Please also note that the shipping rates for the items I sell are weight-based. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies I use, all weights rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipping estimates on international orders must be manually assessed and adjusted prior to shipping. Customers will be notified of accurate shipping costs and can decide at that time if they wish to continue with their order.
Orders shipped internationally can be delayed by customs. Allow additional time for this. I am not responsible for other charges incurred, including Taxes, Duties and brokerage fees.
Goods damaged in Shipping:
Products that are damaged by the carrier are not my responsibility. I do my best to package everything in a well-protected manner. However, things sometimes happen. Please keep all of your original packaging (you will need this for the carrier) and contact the carrier immediately. If a package arrives with obvious damage to the carton, try to preserve this when opening the package. Never ship a product back to me without contacting me first. All expenses incurred when an item is returned unnecessarily will be the responsibility of the customer.
All attempts are made to represent products, pricing, and information accurately. I reserve the right to refund or cancel orders as necessary.
Orders Lost in the Mail:
As much as I try, at times things go missing. Please check your order status online to verify it has been shipped, allow appropriate time for transit, and then contact me if you suspect an item is lost in the mail. I will work with you to resolve any problems.
For copyright protection, all pattern packets, books and DVD sales are final. I attempt to provide the highest level of quality for all of our products. If you have any problem with products on my website please contact me and I will do my best to correct it.
All of my paintings are covered by a 100% guarantee. If you would like to return a painting, just return it within 14 days (in the same condition it was sent) and I will refund your purchase price, less any shipping costs. Please email me with the information about the return so that I will know it is coming.
If an item is defective I will work with you to resolve the problem.
Seminar fees vary based on the length of the seminar. There is a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit due at sign-up which is typically about 50% of the total fee. The balance will be due in full about 30 days prior to the start of the seminar. We will email you a reminder at that time. Most surface fees will be kept close to or under $100 for a three-day seminar. (Furniture pieces are more costly.) Included as part of your seminar fees are all instruction, study photos, class paint, class mediums, snacks and beverages each day. You will need to bring your basic painting supplies to include brushes, palettes, tracing paper or clear acetate, etc.
