“Peony Impressions” is a celebration of color and light, where each petal seems to breathe with life. I painted this with an eye toward movement and memory—the way flowers shift and soften as they fade, yet leave a lasting impression of beauty. The deep red vase anchors the piece, while layers of pinks, creams, and violets rise above it, echoing the fullness of the season. More than a bouquet, this work is an exploration of presence and impermanence—an invitation to pause and take in the fleeting richness of the moment.
